aquafloc®
aquafloc ® – the all-rounder when it comes to water purification
Application & areas of use:
Aquafloc® – among other things, splitting powders are suitable for the treatment of waste water resulting from the processing of water-based products (e.g. glues, adhesives, emulsion paints and water-based varnishes). This waste water is usually produced during equipment and tool cleaning processes, system cleaning in the event of a colour change, at the end of a coat, etc. (e.g. when coating metals, plastics and wood).
Characteristics:
- The products are a combination of splitting and flocculating agents in powder form.
- They precipitate, flocculate, neutralise and adsorb in a single operation
- Built-in buffer substances neutralise the waste water
- Dissolved or colloidal compounds are precipitated and flocculated
aquafloc® 7 – designed specifically for commercially available emulsion paints
Among other thing, splitting powders are suitable for the treatment of waste water resulting from the processing of water-based products (e.g. glues, adhesives, emulsion paints, water-based varnishes, printing inks, etc.).
Application:
- Manual dosage (dispersed slowly)
- Stirring time: 10 – 15 min. Dosing quantity approx. 100 g per 100 l of coloured water as a rule of thumb.
- The dosing quantities may vary depending on the materials processed.
aquafloc ® 7 CC – used specifically for water-based paints and challenging emulsion paints
Among other things, splitting powders are suitable for the treatment of waste water resulting from the processing of water-based products (e.g. glues, adhesives, paints and water-based varnishes). This specially developed splitting powder is particularly suitable for wood processing companies.
Application:
- Manual dosage (dispersed slowly)
- Stirring time: 10 – 15 min. Dosing quantity approx. 100 g per 100 l of coloured water as a rule of thumb.
- The dosing quantities may vary depending on the materials processed.
aquafloc ® 7-3A2C – designed specifically for natural paints with increased alkalinity
Among other things, splitting powders are suitable for the treatment of waste water resulting from the processing of water-based products (e.g. mineral-based dispersions).
Application:
- Manual dosage (dispersed slowly)
- Stirring time: 10 – 15 min. Dosing quantity approx. 100 g per 100 l of coloured water as a rule of thumb.
- The dosing quantities may vary depending on the materials processed.
aquafloc ® 7-SI – designed specifically for silicate paints
Among other things, splitting powders are suitable for the treatment of waste water resulting from the processing of water-based products (e.g. silicate paints).
Application:
- Manual dosage (dispersed slowly)
- Stirring time: 10 – 15 min. Dosing quantity approx. 100 g per 100 l of coloured water as a rule of thumb.
- The dosing quantities may vary depending on the materials processed.
