General information & important advice
TYPE A painter’s wash stations are connected directly to the fresh water and waste water systems. All essential connections (fresh water) are included (except for the category 4 system separator). To operate the system, no more than 3 sockets protected by RCDs are required. You can find more information about functionality in the “Documents” tab.
TYPE K painter’s wash stations can be operated without a fixed fresh water and waste water connection. The integrated clear water circulation pump allows the filtrate to be used several times (max. 12 cleaning cycles). To operate the system, no more than 3 sockets protected by RCDs are required. You can find more information about functionality in the “Documents” tab.
TYPE eco painter’s wash stations can be operated with a fixed connection to fresh water and waste water as well as without a fixed connection. The integrated overflow enables repeated use of the eco systems. Due to the integrated circulation and high-pressure system, it is possible to save up to 30,000 litres of water (depending on the size of the system). You can find more information about functionality in the “Documents” tab.
Normal pressure vs. high pressure
The normal pressure variants “Type N” are connected to the domestic water connection and operate with 3–4 bar of line pressure. This means that approx. 25–30 litres of fresh water are needed to clean one facade roller.
The high-pressure version “Type H” is faster and more environmentally friendly. This version uses our “aquapower” high-pressure pump and, with a maximum pressure of 20 bar, the facade rollers are clean and ready for use again in just a few minutes, using approx. 10 litres of fresh water.
